Grass fed Bison. No antibiotics, no growth hormones, no steroids. All Bison meat is state inspected by Missouri Department of Agriculture. We sell to CSAs, health food stores and individuals. One half of our farm has a conservation easement with the Ozark Regional Land Trust.
