We raise all natural grass fed beef. Selling beef by the whole, half. split half, or by the cut. we are raising Devon, Murrey Grey, and Shorthorn cattle all known for tenderness
after attending a conference on grass fed beef (where we learn how to identify functional and tender cattle ) we started selecting for those traits.
Our meat is wonderful now and will only get better.We rotationally graze a mix of grasses and legumes in 2009 we will graze our first High-Sugar grass, this grass should increase the utilization of forage and increase yield an exciting new project.
Our cattle are anti-biotic and hormone free. Calves stay with thier mom 9-10 months, then are weaned using the Quiet Wean program very little stress. Calves are ready for market in 18-24 months of age.
