A share of the harvest will range between 8-12 different types of vegetables or 10-20 pounds of fresh, organic produce per week; enough to feed a family of four who eats vegetables nightly on the side or a couple who is vegetarian. Many individuals split shares with friends from work or neighbors. Excess CSA produce left at drop sites will be made available to local food shelters and local homes in need. We grow more than fifty different types of vegetables, including beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery & celeriac, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, assorted greens and herbs, kohlrabi, head lettuce, melons, onions, peas, peppers, potatoes, radishes, spinach, squash, sweet corn, and tomatoes. Members who choose to pick up at East Troy will have the opportunity to purchase other local, organic farm products: cheese, eggs, meats, honey, etc.
