Timber Trails Forest Farm is a small all natural farm located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. In our forest you will find the cultivation of high-quality specialty crops under the protection of our forest canopy. It is here that we produce Maple Syrup and specialty mushrooms like Black Trumpets, Chanterelles, Oysters and Shiitake.
