Located by one of our county's 17 covered bridges, we are a family-based farm specializing in grassfed beef and lamb. Our cattle and sheep eat a nutritional diet of natural grasses - FREE of hormones, pesticides, steroids, and chemically and genetically altered grains. The benefits of grassfed meat are lower in calories and saturated fats than grain fed beef, higher in vitamins A and E and Omega 3 fatty acids and rich in protein and great flavor. We also use a processor we have grown to trust where the processing is done on sight and every step is overseen by a USDA inspector.
