Milliken Farmers Market

Milliken is a town of 7,000 without a grocery store. Citizens in our community and surrounding areas expressed the desire to have a summer farmers market with fresh produce. Our first 2019 Milliken Farmers Market begins on Sunday, June 2nd and continues every Sunday throughout the summer until the last event on September 29th with operating hours from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Exception: No market will take place for the weeks of August 4th and August 11th to allow the committee to focus on Milliken's annual BBQ festival. The Milliken Farmers Market desires to offer goods produced locally by vendors and/or their families or purchased from Colorado growers under the resale policy. This rule does not apply to western slope fruit such as Palisade Peaches. We spotlight vendors selling locally grown produce, honey, jam and baked goods. We do NOT allow produce purchased at grocery stores to be sold at the market. Local artisans with crafts, art work, and products round out the market.
