We are a 100% grass-fed dairy: our cows live outside on pasture, and are never confined!  We milk them seasonally, and make raw-milk cheeses by old, traditional methods, and age them slowly in our ripening rooms.  We also bake rustic breads in a wood-fired Alan Scott hearth oven.  
Open the the public weekdays 12-6(except closed Tuesday)  and Sat-Sun, 9-5. We offer cheesemaking and baking workshops, and  apprenticeships and internships in cheesemaking, baking and grazing.   Our cheeses can also be ordered on line via our website:
