The Highlands is a 250 acre farm owned by Michael & Debra Vermette. We have been farming for over 30 years. We raise 100% grass fed highland beef, pasture raised pork, chicken and turkey. The highland cows are bred, born and raised on the farm. The pigs are also bred and born on our farm, they are pasture raised and supplemented with locally sourced non gmo grain. The chickens and turkeys are pastured raised and supplemented with locally sourced non gmo grains. We also have available farm fresh eggs, berries, fresh cut flowers as well as value added products; contact us for weekly specials. We also have a farm to wagon food truck ~ Gracie's. Gracie's is available for private or corporate events. Our beef and pork is also available by the side/half.
CSA Farm Share:
This Share is a credit system that can be used at our farmers market locations ( DWFM on Thursday or Bangor FM on Sunday) at our farm or food truck. It allows the buyers to choose exactly what they need.
Load a minimum of $100.00 increments and earn 8% value added to your card. This Share is available year round.
