Bernal Heights is a 2nd generation ranch that sells beef and lamb in whole and 1/2 size portions. After slaughter you can take the meat fresh or have it custom cut, wrapped and frozen to your specifications at a local butcher shop.
The beef are Angus breed, grass feed and drink water from natural spring.
The lamb are Suffolk breed raised on pasture and a commercial lamb grain mix.
