York Meadow Farm is a family-owned homestead and cooperative hub in Medina, Ohio, dedicated to empowering people in their food, farming, and entrepreneurial endeavors.  

While high-quality, beyond-organic produce is grown on our land, we are not a traditional farming operation. Instead, we serve as a launchpad for tenant farmers and small business owners who share a commitment to sustainable practices and local impact within the community.


Tenant Farmer Opportunities

We offer land, infrastructure, and support to tenant farmers, small-batch food producers, and entrepreneurs looking to grow their skills and operations. Whether you’re exploring market gardening, interested in launching a fermented food brand, or assisting in woodland management, our co-op model is designed to foster growth through shared resources, collaboration, and mentorship. Internship and employment opportunities are available.


Social Media & Website Internship

We're currently seeking a website and social media intern to help us tell these stories and amplify the voices of those we support. If you’re creative, mission-driven, and passionate about small business and sustainability, we’d love to connect.


In 2025, we’ll be stepping back from the farmers’ market scene to focus on expanding our support systems and helping our tenant farmers increase their retail presence. While our own market participation will be limited, the work behind the scenes continues—investing in the people and projects that make this community thrive.
