Our beef are 100% grass-fed, moved to new pastures daily. They are fed hay or haylage in the winter-time. They never eat grain. Calves are not removed from their mothers, and are nursed till for at least 7 months. We raise Red Devon, Black Angus, Lowline Angus, and Shorthorn breeds.
Our heritage breed hogs are raised on pasture, as well as having access to shaded wooded areas. They are supplemented with GMO-free, organic transition grain. We raise a litter of less-soy pigs every year for customers who are sensitive to soy (indicate when ordering). Our pigs are birthed and raised on our farm, leading to a strong, healthy, stress-free animal. Our heritage breeds include Idaho Pasture Pig and Tamworth crossed with Berkshire, creating flavorful and healthy meat.
Our pastured chickens and turkeys are raised on the pasture, moved daily to fresh grass, and fed GMO-free, organic transition grain.
