Since 1989, The Sweet Habanero has been growing organically without chemicals or pesticides; and, has been a licensed Florida nursery and FDACS Seed Dealer. Growing, packaging and selling a variety of fresh and dried medicinal herbs, bare root seedlings; and, a variety of organic seeds (the sweet n spicy Heirloom peppers, Venezuelan Aji Dulce (which we named The Sweet Habanero and the sought after Spanish tapa pepper, the Padron). We have been a proud member of the Local Harvest Community since 2007 and since then, thanks to Local Harvest community and customers like you, our list of regulars keeps on growing. Unfortunately, with the passing of my husband we have had to give up our farm but we continue to grow on a much smaller scale our medicinal herbs and heirloom peppers. Anamu (Guinea Henweed), is a tropical medicinal herb best known for its anti-cancerous, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial properties. Available in both fresh cut and dried leaf for tea and infusions; and, bare root seedlings. Available in limited quantities are seeds, we harvest from plants grown the organic way: heirloom peppers, Venezuelan Heirloom Aji Dulce, Padron, Bhut Jolokia, Habanero; medicinal herbs, plants and seed; Culantro (Racao), Aloe Vera, Basil, Kalanchoe pinnata / Miracle of Life. Please check our store for availability. SHIPPING: We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and is included in the listed price unless otherwise stated. USPS Delivery Confirmation Tracking is included on all Priority Mail orders to ensure safe delivery. Live plants and fresh herbals ship Monday and Tuesdays weekly. All other orders ship Monday to Friday. Orders are carefully packed as to ship safely but we cannot guarantee how USPS treats them once they leave our nursery. USPS does not insure perishable items. If your plant does not arrive safely please let us know and we will work with you. Note: Dried herbs are cut fresh at time your order is ready to process.
