The Hawthorne Evening Market

Saturday's 4pm - 7:30pm The Hawthorne Evening Market is new to Portland's farmers market venues. We're located a few blocks between the Hawthorne and Division commercial stretches to be in the heart of Hawthorne's residential areas. The farmers market is open every Saturday from 4pm to 7:30pm, starting May 31, 2014. Kick off for the inaugural market day is on Saturday, May 31, 2014! "Markets as neighborhood events" The organizers of the Hawthorne Evening Market feel that it benefits both the public as well as the local producers if market day is an event. We're integrating neighborhood businesses with the market to create a community atmosphere and energetic evening venue. We have chosen the lot of a neighborhood commercial building as the location. The farmers market is working with the resident businesses and cafes to host wine + beer tastings, an outdoor food garden, bike services, live music, and neighborhood salon talent.
