Mixt Greens was built following the USGBC's guidelines for green building. All of our take-away packaging (containers, cups, straws, lids and bags) is made from corn, not petroleum, and composts in 45 days and we compost or recycle over 80% of our daily waste. We use organic, local and seasonal ingredients as-well-as free range, hormone and antibiotic free steak and fowl.
