Our Sebastopol dining club is Open to the Public, and uniquely focused on purchasing locally.
First, we focus on purchasing direct as possible - We use organic flour and organic eggs direct from Petaluma businesses. We use only California cheeses such as Bohemian, Fiscalini, Tomales Bay. We source some produce from local farms such as Greenstring. We then produce our our egg pasta, lasagna, ravioli.
on using local produce and local cheeses, and small production wines direct from the winery. We have the most extensive vegetarian and vegan menu.
Our wines are, of course, local Sonoma and Napa and other California production from extremely small boutique wineries and winemakers. We also produce wine, sourcing from folks we know and working with local winemakers.
We have 2 locations Sonoma has a small wine shop on Sonoma Plaza. Sebastopol has a larger dining hall for small parties and more.
