Schyma's Pickles & Preserves

Pickles & preserves just like Grandma used to make! Ready-to-eat canned goods include varieties of pickles, jams, jellies & sauerkraut. Pickles vary from a standard Dill to Habanero Extreme. Pickled beets, pickled asparagus and dilly beans are some of the specialty picked items we make. Our jams include you basic fruit jams, combination jams and hot jams and jellies. Seasonally, in the fall, we have our own apple butter. In all, we make 25 different varieties of jams and fruit spreads. We also feature free-range chicken, GMO-free: frozen whole, halves, cut or individual pieces. We look forward to our local market each week to see friends and meet new ones. The markets we are involved in: Thursdays afternoons in MONTICELLO, 3:30-7pm, located in the public library parking lot. MAPLE GROVE, Thursdays from 3-7pm, located in the parking lot of the Maple Grove Community Center. Saturday mornings you can find us at the NEW HOPE Farmer's Market, 8am-1pm. Market in the Valley, GOLDEN VALLEY, Sunday mornings 9am-1pm. Come visit us!!!
