Knightly Rabbits

Our goal is to produce healthy, happy, sustainable foods free of today's industrial issues, and that's what we do.

Our rabbits are sold as breeders, pets, and pet food. Although we eat them, we are not licensed to sell meat for human consumption. We also hold rabbit and quail breeding workshops if you're interested in raising your own.

Our rabbits are primarily TAMUK New Zealand Whites. The line was started by Texas A and M University Kingsville to make rabbit raising easier on rabbits and farmers in the hot, humid SE USA. We also have some Rex crosses, mostly just to add some color, occasionally. 

Our rabbits are fed weeds and plants that grow on our land as well as rabbit pellets that are corn, soy, and GMO free. Our rabbits are raised free of synthetics. 

We also raise coturnix quail, mollie fish, and have a plethora of red wiggler worms and black soldier fly larvae.
