We sell grown corn or grass fed beef direct to the consumer which you pick up at a state inspected processing plant. Our Beef DOES NOT receive steroids, no growth hormones, and no antibiotics. They are delivered to a processing plant in South Georgia (a state inspected processing plant) for processing. This is where you will up pick the boxed beef. It will have hung and aged in their cooler for about 10 days prior to cutting to your specifications This is all natural 100% Black Angus raised in an unconfined pasture. 1/2 of a grass or corn fattened steer will weigh aprox. 500 lbs on the hoof (per side) and sells per lb on the hoof (live weight). The processer will charge $0.45 per pound to cut and freezer wrap the meat to your exact specifications. 50 pounds of meat will take up 1 cubic foot of freezer space. Again this is all natural 100% Black Angus Beef raised in an unconfined pasture with no steroids, no hormones and is corn or grass fed fed depending upon your selection. You leave the butcher with 275 ~ 320 lbs of all natural grass or corn fed beef from the butcher depending upon your selection: 1. Initial Purchase price (down payment) reserves your beef. 2.
