For nearly 30 years now I've grown herbs, heirloom vegetable seedlings (before they were considered "heirlooms"), flowering plants, perennials, shrubs, and a few types of trees.
I also raise "naturally-grown" produce (formerly known as "organic" until Government intervention) as well as sell hormone-free eggs from uncaged, free-range, happy hens.
In addition I encourage safe growing methods by teaching others of the wonders of environmentally sound systems, techniques and products both in the food world as well as the world of perennial landscaping.
LANDSCAPING/GARDENING SERVICES: In addition to growing produce and plants I also offer yard/garden care and maintenance, shrub and small tree pruning/planting, mulching, boxed/raised bed installation and misc jobs as requested. Many of these services are also offered year-round but on a limited basis due to a higher workload with greenhouse/farming responsibilities. If you're in need please feel free to contact me - I'll do my best to fit you in. (I seldom turn people down but if I need to I'll direct you to someone who is "MoonDance Approved" and will do you justice!)
Although I'm not open to the General Public I'll gladly accept visitors by appointment. In addition, please feel free to email if you have questions regarding "safe gardening" habits or are new to the 'naturally-grown'or organic methods of gardening. I'd be happy to help you with topics ranging from insect/bug control, the use and recommendation of non-chemical plant foods, sowing/seeding schedule, as well as what to grow and when to grow it.
