Our five Brown Swiss cows provide us with the most important ingredient for our raw-milk cheeses. We produce small batches of Farmhouse Gouda, Dark Canyon Edam, Wasatch Mountain Gruyere and Desert Red Feta along with a few other unique cheeses.
Our farmstead is listed on the National Register of Historic Places ... our home was built circa 1890. An "inside-out" granary houses our farmstand. It recently recieved an award for "Adaptive Use" from the Utah Heritage Foundation. Our farmstand is open from 11 am to 4 pm on Saturdays mid-April through mid-November.
