Morning Breeze Farm

Morning Breeze Farm has been in the family since the early 1900s. Until 1998, it was a dairy farm run by my grandparents. When I took over the farm, I converted it into a cow calf beef farm. The farm consists of 80 acres of gentle rolling hills with pastures extending across 60 acres - perfect for grazing our herd of grassfed beef cattle.

Our herd is A Greener World (AGW) Certified Grassfed and Animal Wellfare Approved (AWA). We raise Murray Gray and Black Angus cattle, which are a great fit for pasture. They grow efficiently on pasture and are calm, gentle animals. We manage our herd by rotationally grazing, which means the cows graze one section of pasture before being moved to fresh fields. This benefits the cows and the land.

In addition to cattle, we also raise pigs which we feed a balanced diet of grain and pasture according to their nutritional needs. Seasonally, we grow produce, including corn, tomatoes, beets, carrots, squash, pumpkins, etc.
