Greg Beaudoin's Farm was started when Greg and Kathy Beaudoin bought land in Jeffersonville in 1988. The farm started with some beef cows, goats, pigs, and chickens. It steadily grew into a dairy farm and we were shipping milk in 1996. Greg has always run the farm in a holistic manner and in 2005 we became NOFA certified organic. Today, we have over 130 head of organic dairy cattle, a few pigs, and some chickens. In May 2013, we started to sell our own grass-fed dairy beef and our pork.
