An 1880's historic farm that offers an agritourism experience for those interested in small-scale farming. Our farm spans over 23 acres with about half as fenced pasture for our variety of livestock (sheep and donkeys) and poultry (geese, chickens, ducks, turkeys) and guinea pigs and rabbits that you will see roaming the farm.

Our petting zoo allows you to either feed the sheep and donkeys from the fenceline, or pay a small fee to go inside the sheepyard and spend time up close with the sheep!

For organic products, we produce both chicken and duck eggs year-round. We also offer fresh goose eggs in March and April.

We sell both human and critter feed from Charlie's Farm Store, which was originally an 1880's shed to store livestock feed. It now carries soft drinks, bottled water, ice cream, local products from nearby farms and business such as pork, beef, honey, jams, salsas and pickled vegetables.  We make and sell our own butter by special request. Please give us 48 hours to make your pound of butter since the cream comes from a local dairy and it is a process to make.

Summer months bring a fun time to U-Pick our plum and peach tree that yields hundreds of organic, pest-free fruit, as well as our blackberry bushes. Purchase a berry basket at the farm store and walk over to select your own!

Our offerings also include a space for workshops, parties and reunion at the Barn Pavilion. Rent by the hour and decorate as you please. You provide the food and drink and we'll provide the basic amenities; picnic tables, lights, electric, wash stations, porta john and ceiling fans.

We offer an exclusive Bed & Breakfast stay for adults to check in any Friday or Saturday night and enjoy a delicious breakfast the next morning served in our parlor on antique china and crystal stemware. It is a fancy indulgence for those wanting to stay in an historic farmhouse but with all the amenities of a posh hotel. Your stay also includes a bottle of wine and a charcuterie tray upon your arrival. Rooms are equipped with queen beds, plush linens, antique decor with modern touches.

Campsites are available to book out in our grassy field and include a picnic table and fire ring, and views of the grazing sheep in the adjacent pasture during the week, or weekend campers can visit the farm store and petting zoo between 10-4.

We also offer monthly storage for vehicles in this same grassy area. Boats, trucks, and autos are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and prepaid month to month.
