Sycamore Creek is nestled on 27 beautiful, rolling acres just outside of Corydon, Indiana. The fresh herbs produced here are grown in natural materials. There has not been a need for insect control as of yet, but we stand ready with soap to defend our crop - we use no pesticides. Most of the plants that supply my cuttings were started from seed, and all plants are placed lovingly by hand in the ground. We are a family-run operation whose focus is on a healthy, flavorful end product. The rustic greenhouse structure is homemade, using some cedar trees from the wooded areas on the property, and consists of about 1500 square feet of planting space. Though disappointed that we cannot grow in winter, we also have dried herbs that consist of apple mint, basil, catnip, chives, cilantro, chinese leeks (garlic chives), garlic, lavender, oregano, parsley, rosemary, stevia, tarragon, and thyme. New this year are soups and herbed rices in a jar plus a absolutely wonderful rubs for beef, chicken, pork, turkey, ham and veggies: great on the grill, in the oven, over the campfire, or even in the microwave!! See them all at the New Albany Farmers Market on Saturdays, May to November!! Sycamore Creek Herbs, Etc The magick of nature!!!
