We sell fresh eggs from our hand-raised flock of Delaware chickens. $5/dozen
We also sell duck eggs. They have a different kind of protein than chicken eggs and can often safely be eaten by those with sensitivities to chicken eggs. $7/dozen
We tap trees on our own land to produce local maple syrup seasonally. It is available from roughly Feb-Oct, depending on the weather and how fast it sells. $15/pint. Now available for 2026!
We also have syrup from Black Walnut trees. This is quite different than maple syrup and has a mild molasses flavor. It takes approximately 85 gallons of sap from a Black Walnut tree to produce one gallon of Black Walnut syrup. $40/pint Sold out for 2026! Check back in 2027!
We sell Katahdin lambs seasonally. Lambs can be pre-ordered during the summer and will be butchered in November. $15/pound (only sold whole - expect an average weight of 45 pounds per lamb). Sold out for 2026! Check back in 2027!
We have split firewood available year-round. Most of it is black locust, with some cherry and spruce available by request. All has been seasoned at least one year. $5/bundle or $140/face cord. Black locust bundles are pre-tied for easy pickup. Delivery available within a 15-mile radius of our ranch. $200/face cord delivered.
Visit our booth at the Batavia Farmer's Market every Saturday morning from 9 am to noon from the first weekend of July until the end of October.
