We are a family farm in the Hudson Valley Region of New York State, approx 100 miles north of NYC. We grow specialty mushrooms on sawdust and straw and market them through regional high end restaurants, health food stores and farmers markets in the area. We use our surplus oyster and shiitake mushrooms for our mushroom blends and rubs. The original name of the gourmet spice business was Mona Lissa Inc. based in East Greenbush NY. After acquiring the operation in 2004, we added the mushroom blends and intend to utilize local herbs within our line as we grow.
