We grow vegetables using "organic" standards, but are not certified at this time. We are establishing year-round greenhouses to grow annually. All our products will be grown in natural dirt and compost as we believe this is were good nutrient and flavor comes from. We just started raising chicken for eggs. Our Rhode Island Reds deliver beautiful brown eggs that have exceptional flavor, don't believe me, just ask our boys! They started eating eggs again after tasting these. We were pressured to convert to hydroponic, but believe we can grow high quality without changing the way mother nature intended our food to be grown. Using grafting techniques, we can graft heirloom to wild root stock and get the production of a hybrid, with the disease resistance of the wild root stock and the quality and flavor of the heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. This all but eliminates the need for disease or pest control. What controls we do use are listed as organic and we are in the transition to certified organic.

Our farm is a family owned, small acreage farm in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. We believe in cooperation and strive to convert our community. We are working with other regional producers to increase the processing of the food we grow here. We intend to increase our production every year that we have a market to expand to. We believe in educating the next generation to take over our mission and support our school garden and culinary project. We wish everyone good health and prosperity.
