The Log Cabin Ranch

The Log Cabin Ranch is a small family farm in southern Illinois committed to building vibrant, resilient lives. We believe that starts with the life in our soil and includes plants, animals, and most importantly the people around us. We offer 100% grass-fed and finished beef and pastured pork. During the summer months our beef are given new pasture every 1-3 days. Our pork is a combination of Redwattle and Tamworth heritage breeds and are fed a combination of non-gmo corn and soybeans along with the diet of nuts and roots they forage on in our woods.
You can find us at the Carbondale, Illinois farmers market during the summer or you can come to our farm, say "hi", and pick out your favorite cuts or get it shipped right to your doorstep.
