We strongly believe in taking care of mother nature and avoiding strong chemicals or fertilizers. We use compost and cover crops to build the soil. We encourage beneficial insects and keep a few chickens around to combat pests. We work very closely with our crops, doing most of the work by hand, which allows us to carefully control diseases and weeds.
