Products and Crops
During the local growing season we have a partnership with LotfotL organic farm in East Troy supplying all of our broccoli, spinach, green beans, asparagus, red & yellow onions, tomatoes, spinach and other produce. Other produce comes from Pinehold Gardens in Oak Creek and other small farmers as much as possible. Our eggs are always from Yuppie Hill poultry in Burlington. Sourcing for all aspects of our business uses a local first philosophy
