We are a family owned and operated natural health food store in Gilford NH located in the Patrick's Pub plaza. We focus on quality in all aspects of health and wellness. From supplements and herbs to local and organic dairy and meat products. We also carry products from a NH mushroom forager, like Chaga and Shitake. Several gluten free, non-GMO, organic products including vegan and vegetarian options. Our family operated a health food store in southern NH for 25 years and has now moved north and brought their knowledge to the lakes region! We serve as a CSA location and offer classes to the public in the summer months. The owner has her doctorate in Natural medicine and has the knowledge to help guide you in making choices on natural products and foods.
