* Order early to customize the cuts you want and reserve your pork
* Your choice butchered half hog (80-100 lbs) or smaller 20 lb packages
* All pork is vacuum packed for long lasting fresh taste and to reduce storage space needs up to 50%
* Several butchering times each year offer three to four opportunities to order
* Hams may be sliced or whole; Plain, Sugar Cured, Hickory Smoked or Country Cured
