CSA: Natural Excellence Farm & Gardens

We are a Full Featured CSA offering shareholders a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and berries in season. Included are favorites: green beans, potatoes, tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers, and broccoli; we also offer many gourmet items such as arugula, pea shoots, Asian greens, endive, escarole, and rutabagas. We specialize in lettuce and salad greens and are pleased to be able to provide these essential items every week. As of the year 2012 our commitment is to produce 'NUTRIENT DENSE' berries and vegetables. We accomplish this by re-mineralization of our soils using naturally occurring rock powders and trace elements. This re-application of minerals has not been done since the last ice pack supposedly melted ten thousand years ago.

Soil is a living community that needs balance to exist in healthy, symbiotic relation to plant root systems. Healthy soils equates to healthy plants, berries and vegetables.

We expect to see measurable health benefits to those who add Nutrient Dense produce to their diets. As always, Organic Growing has the benefit of excluding harmful inputs and poisons from entering the bodies of your family members.
