Natures Garlic Farm was established out of a desire to produce a high quality, locally grown garlic bulb without the use of herbicides or pesticides. We found the fertile soils on Maryland's Eastern Shore a perfect location to establish our Garlic Farm. We manage our fields with a natural slow release fertilization program which compliments our nutrient enrichment program. An established cover crop program helps keep our soils in place and healthy. By implementing these programs we are able to grow large, delicious and healthy garlic bulbs that are grown in a sustainable manner. We offer both culinary and seed garlic selections. Natures Garlic Farm supplies our garlic to grocery stores, produce stands, CSA's, farmers markets, wholesalers, farmers/growers, restaurants and consumers.

Our farm-to-table operation is dedicated to producing three delicious varieties: German White Porcelain, German Red Porcelain and Music. Our customers appreciate our commitment to provide a high quality, locally grown Hardneck Garlic that is healthy and delicious. We offer many culinary packaging choices for our retailers and consumers.

Each spring we offer delicious Garlic Scapes for sale by the bushel box or by the bunch in our Grab&Go fresh produce bags, each with a delicious recipe on the package. Our Fresh Garlic is also a spring time favorite for many who love the fresh garlic flavor of the bulb and stalk. Our Garlic bulbs are harvested in late June and ready for sale in early July and available until sold out.

We are participating in the Maryland GAP Program as well as the USDA Harmonized GAP Program. We believe Good Agricultural Practices start with our healthy soils and end with the delivery of a high quality, healthy garlic bulb.
