We are a small, diversified farm utilizing only sustainable, regenerative farming techniques. Our practices go above and beyond organic standards, including avoidance of GMOs, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or synthetic fertilizers.
We sell pastured eggs and St. Croix lamb. Our highly regarded eggs are used by several of Princeton's farm-to-table restaurants. We also offer select cuts of pasture-raised St. Croix lamb. We are now partnering with Adrian's Garden to grown certified organic vegetables.
