New Leaf Agriculture trains and employs refugee farmers from traditional farming cultures. Using a permaculture master plan, New Leaf works with the existing ecosystem to grow local, organic produce.

As a Certified USDA Organic farm, we don't use any chemical pesticides or fertilizers, but instead employ soil conservation practices like cover cropping, composting, and crop rotation.
