Throughout 2009, the Connecticut State Museum of Natural History and Connecticut Archaeology Center, part of UConn's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, offered a popular new series: The Natural History of Food. Although the series ended, through lectures, programs, and workshops, the Museum will continue to explore how the physical and biological processes occurring around us impact the way we eat, and how what we eat shapes our culture.
