We specialize in pasture raised all natural chicken, Turkey and eggs. Our broilers are fed a balanced, locally sourced, chemical free feed and are moved to new grass daily for a more natural diet of greens and bugs. This is more sustainable, for both the chickens and the environment they are raised on, than standard poultry practices. This allows us to raise them all spring and summer without having to supplement with medications to keep them healthy. Their open air shelters protect them from predators and direct weather, while still giving them a natural outdoor environment. Frozen whole chicken available most of the time.
As about Microgreens. Custom grown Microgreens take 2 weeks from order to pick up makes them a great resource for healthy greens year round, even in NJ!!! All grown right on our farm and ready for your table.
We also have commercial and percentage registered Boer Goats for Food, 4H, or Pets. Local on farm pickup. You can see right where your food is raised.
