New Norm Farm

We offer pastured broilers grown using the Polyface/Salatin model. We use portable pens to allow the birds to safely graze and enjoy the fresh air. Since the shelters have no floor and are moved to a new spot at least once a day, the chickens regularly have a new patch of fresh grass. And, since the portable field shelters are only partially roofed they allow plenty of sunshine as well as shade and protection from the weather. We grow a Spring batch and a Fall batch.. No hormones. No antibiotics.
