We are a small family owned farm located in Carlisle, PA. We focus mainly on sheep production, raising sheep for wool and meat, but we also raise pigs, cows, and chickens. Our sheep are all raised on pasture where we use rotational grazing methods to feed our breeding ewes and market lambs. We market lambs starting at 60lbs all the way to 120lbs depending on our customers wants and needs. We offer whole, half and quarters for our lamb and deliver within 25 miles of Carlisle for free. Everything is under USDA inspection and can be delivered fresh or frozen. Always cut and wrapped to your specifications. We also raise Hog Island sheep which are a rare heritage breed. We mainly use them for wool and also breed with Hog Island's in the area as well as those raised at George Washington's home in Mount Vernon. Our laying hens are all free range hens. They graze happily in the same fashion as the sheep do. We use a chicken tractor to move the hens to fresh pasture. We also make use of the ground between trees in a local orchard, where the chickens love to eat the insects in the fallen fruit. We sell our brown eggs by the dozen and always offer the first dozen free to all new customers!
