Colonial Classics Farmstead Cheese

We make grass-fed farmstead cheese of varying degrees of sharpness from raw milk of grass-fed cows. Our farmstead cheese has only three ingredients unless it is spices such as sundried tomatoes and garlic or onion blend. Those three ingredients in our farmstead cheese are raw whole cow milk, vegetable enzymes and sea salt. The natural yellow color in our farmstead cheese is a product of cows who live on pasture 100 percent of the time and the farmstead cheese is made only when there is pasture for the cows.
