Nolichucky Treasures

We are a small family owned business that is determined to craft the best cutting boards and chopping blocks in Tennessee. We believe that a business must give back to their community and should support local small business when possible. Our boards and blocks are made of oak, walnut, maple and cherry wood all purchased from local sawmills within 25 miles of our wood shop. We then craft the wood into cutting boards or chopping blocks in our shop. We finish all our boards by sanding them glass smooth and then putting multiple coats of mineral oil and top with a finishing wax to help seal the wood. We aim for our boards to last at least two generations and all boards have attached information on how to clean and maintain in order to stay looking as beautiful as the day you first get one. We are constantly asking for feed back and suggestions on how to maintain and increase the quality of our boards. We build boards from 6 x 8 inches up to 24 x 24 inches and thicknesses from 3/4 inch up to 4 inches. We want our customers to enjoy using our boards as they work with the fresh locally grown products.
