Located in the scenic coulee country of southwestern Wisconsin, our farm is ideally suited for grass farming. The plow never breaks the ground on our rolling hills. Beef cattle, sheep and broilers thrive on the lush grass, untainted by herbicides and chemicals and maintained to organic standards. Our ruminants (cattle and sheep)are never fed grain; our poultry, which grazes on pasture, enjoys a supplemental diet of organic grain. Amish friends supply us at Thanksgiving time with organic, pastured turkey. Our hilltop vineyard provides us with organic bluebell and edelweiss grapes in the fall.
Although we may carry a limited amount of meat and poultry in the winter, we appreciate receiving orders for lamb, beef and broilers early in the year so that we can produce enough of the same to fill orders for our customers.
