My wife, I and my kids have a small family farm, in Grundy county Illinois where we raise organic grains. An increasing part of our farm is used to raise good tasting heirloom food grains that have been forgotten by modern agriculture.. We clean, store and stone mill them fresh-to-order on our farm into specialty flours, meals, grits and rolled oats. My daughter has also begun to bake them into products (bread, granola, cornbread, popcorn etc) on the same farm they were raised. Online ordering, nation wide delivery available.
