Allen's Honey & Candles LLC

We are a small beekeeper operation in northern Illinois. We are treatment free beekeepers, meaning that we use no chemicals in our hives and do not use any excessive heat and do not filter the honey. Our honey is pure raw honey right from the hive. This year due to weather conditions we have a very limited supply. We only bottle in 9 ounce glass jars as our experience with plastic products was not acceptable in terms of maintaining qaulity. It is difficult to determine exactly where the bees fly but our honey could best be described as natural wildflower honey. All of our proceeds got to beat cancer patient care.
