WiLD Center's Farmers Markets

Get a taste of foods grown close to home! The Wild Center has joined with The Adirondack Farmer's Market Cooperative, Inc. to host weekly farmer markets throughout the summer of 2009. Meet local farmers and take home some of the local food grown in the Adirondack region. Featured Farmer Markets will take place every Thursday from June 25th until October 1st from 11am-3pm in The Wild Center's Esplanade tent. There are opportunities to purchase a variety of local farm products, speak with farmers about their products, and participate in special weekly highlight events. All related Farmer Markets outdoor programming is free and open to the public. Admission to The Wild Center exhibits and additional programming is not included
