The Wright Beef

The Wright Beef is owned and operated by Billy and Susan Wright and their son Cameron. The farm is 1570 acres located in Abbeville County. Our farm has been a working cattle ranch since 1940. Our grandfather, Neil Trask, started the ranch with the philosophy of raising cattle economically on grass. We raise 100% grass fed Angus and angus cross cattle. They are selected based on the ability to easily fatten on grass. They never receive corn, grain, antibiotics or hormones.The rich soils on which our cattle graze are what give our beef it's great flavor. They are raised as nature intended, never any growth hormones or antibiotics. We have been selling grassfed beef for many years. Our many satisfied customers are also repeat buyers.
