Northcroft

At Northcroft, we raise sheep for their wool and for the lambs they produce on the rolling hills the glaciers left in west central Minnesota. We value the chokecherry bushes at the edge of the hayfields, the pussy willows growing near the marshes, the Virginia Bluebells in the woods and the sheep in their pastures. We hope that our farm enriches the land as it supports us.

We sell fleeces, carded roving and batts, and yarn. Our sheep are coated to keep their fleeces super clean. We raise Heinz 57 sheep - most of our ewes are half Rambouillet and half several other breeds, ranging from Montadale through Jacob, Finn, and Lincoln. Our goal is super clean fleeces with interesting colors and characteristics.
Our flock of 35 ewes is pasture fed from May through October and fed our own hay for the winter months.
The lambs are sold from our farm.
