Our Milk is simple. We use organic oats sourced only from farmers using regenerative practices. As we blend the oats we add a bit of Ohio Maple Syrup and a pinch of salt to compliment the natural nuttiness from the oats. This is food, made local, with no additives. It looks a little different. It settles when it sits. It needs shaken before each use. We take pride in this. This belief in simplicity allows us to provide a product that our entire community can stand behind.
Regenerative agriculture is a conservation and rehabilitation approach to food and farming systems. It focuses on topsoil regeneration, increasing biodiversity, increasing resilience to climate change, and strengthening the health and vitality of farm soil. Practices include recycling as much farm waste as possible and adding composted material from sources outside the farm.
