Our diversified MOFGA-certified farm is owned and run by Anna Shapley-Quinn and Seth Yentes. We work with a team of Haflingers as well as a couple of tractors to grow and harvest hay, seed garlic, and--for wholesale to Fedco Trees--fruit tree nursery stock. We also raise grass-fed beef, which we sell "on the hoof" and have a one-acre pick-your-own (u-pick) highbush blueberry patch, which we normally open late July or early August. We have a young apple orchard that is just beginning to produce. The amount of winter storage vegetables we grow commercially varies from year to year, and we also manage our 200-acre woodlot with our horses and sell pine and hemlock lumber we've milled up from our woods.
As of March 2020, we are selling grass-fed, raw-milk, cave-ripened cow's milk Alpine and Tomme cheese made in our creamery in 2017 and 2018; our creamery is no longer active but we do have some excellent cheese available for sale at this point.
